KIND REQUEST! IN ORDER TO ENSURE EMOTIONAL COMFORT FOR YOU AND OTHER CUSTOMERS DURING THE TREATMENTS, WE EARNESTLY ASK YOU TO SPEAK IN LOW VOICE IN THE SALON ROOMS; AS WELL AS MOBILE PHONES HAVE TO BE TURNED OFF OR IN SILENT MODE! THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING!

• We urge you to speak freely and frankly about specific problems connected with your health and wishes. Please, inform salon administrators and specialists in due time if you are pregnant, if you have muscle or ligament injuries, if you are taking vitamin A, antidepressants, antibiotics, photo- sensitizing or keratolytic drugs; if you are allergic to iodine, honey, essential oils etc., if you have any serious disease, oncology, pacemakers or large implants made of metal or other material, if you recently had undergone surgery. None of treatments and massages is recommended to be attended if you have a high temperature, inflammations, and women in their special days, etc.
• Important! Procedures in which essential oils are applied would not be appropriate if homeopathic medicines are taken, and during pregnancy.
• Many treatments and massages include face massage. If you don’t want to use it, please, inform the cosmetician or administrator before the treatment, massage.
• Services and treatments are mostly meant both for women and men. Men, before face care treatments, must have their beards shaved off, for the maximum effect of products.
• There is a possibility to arrange an individual free consultation, so that specialists could suggest treatments, services (to draw up a treatment course program) and cosmetic products suitable just for your need.
• For treatments which should be prepared in advance and for reservations for more than 3 hours a prepayment should be made 50% or a full value (by agreement). When cancelling or postponing your reservation timely not less than 12 hours beforehand (during working days), the payment for the service will be fully returned 100%.
• Time for preparation of treatments and for changing of clothes of client and shower is included in the specified duration of treatment.
• We will appreciate your understanding and attitude, if, in case you are not able to come, you would notify us timely, not later than 3 hours before the booked time, and cancel your registered order with or without prepayments. If a customer repeatedly, without warning shall not arrive and pay for the booked time, the company is entitled not to attend to a customer without prepayment.
• It is possible for you to purchase GIFT CARDS in the salon AQUA VILLA for any amount starting with EUR 15.00. When purchasing a gift card, the client loyalty card discount and other discounts are not in force, except special cases which are agreed upon with the salon administration. When using a gift card, loyalty card discounts are in force only in respect of gift cards purchased by clients. A gift card cannot be exchanged for money, and it should be shown before attending a procedure or making a purchase. If lost, the card is not to be re-issued. A gift card is valid for 6 months from the moment of its purchase.
• Gift cards with value more than EUR 55.00 are delivered free of charge by courier.
